The “Giardino della Minerva” is a historic therapeutic botanic garden that has recovered the knowledge and places of the ancient Medical School of Salerno, in Italy.
Today, June 19, 2019, a technical meeting of the Heritage Innovation Partnerships (HIPs) will be held at the City Hall with the representatives of the administrative sectors of the Municipality of Salerno, in order to present and discuss the first results of the public consultation and of the workshops carried out in the first phase of the CLIC project, and to define a shared vision for the elaboration of the Local Action Plan (LAP) for the reuse of cultural heritage in Salerno, from the perspective of the circular economy and the emerging model of “circular city”.
On 21st March CLIC has been invited to take part in the event “EU Research and Innovation for Cities of the Future”, organized by the URBAN Intergroup of the European Parliament with the European Commission DG-RTD.
The Peer Review between CLIC partner cities/regions and local stakeholders was organized within a larger CLIC event in Salerno, which included a 2-days Historic Urban Landscape workshop on 26-27 November
The HUL workshop in Salerno (Italy) was organized by the CLIC partners Comune di Salerno (SA) and Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). In the organization, Comune di Salerno got the local support of Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (IRISS CNR).
From 26 to 29 November, the Municipality of Salerno will host the second International Historic Urban Landscape workshop, a four-day session of the CLIC project.
